At Signs of Change we pride ourselves on our 4 key values:

Equality: We believe that everyone is entitled to receive timely & professional mental health support, no matter what gender, orientation, ability or background.

Accessibility: We want to ensure people can access support in their preferred communication method, in an easily understandable way, with no complex jargon or confusing terminology.

Passion: We are passionate about what we do, the people we support and about learning new developments in the wellbeing and mental health sectors.

Exceptional Customer Experience: We aim to deliver exceptional customer service to anyone who works with us, which is reflected in the numerous word-of-mouth referrals we receive.

“Since attending counselling through Signs of Change I have been able to implement some real changes into my life and as a result I feel much happier and calmer than I have done in years.”

She has worked within NHS mental health services for over a decade and at Mind in Hackney & Waltham Forest for the past 2 years as part of their Psychological Therapies team. She is a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy.
